Jason Thomas serves as ¹û¶³ÊÓÆµ's Executive Vice President of Field Ministries, leading its work among students and faculty on over 700 campuses. Jason also serves on the board of the (formerly Coalition for Christian Outreach) and the .

Born into a South Asian Christian family and raised in the Detroit metro area, Jason first encountered ¹û¶³ÊÓÆµ as an undergraduate at Western Michigan University, where he earned his bachelor's degree in accounting. After college, he worked as a CPA at a major accounting firm for five years. He later completed a Master's in global leadership at Fuller Theological Seminary.

Throughout his tenure with ¹û¶³ÊÓÆµ Jason and his wife, Andrea, have partners in leadership--first as Co-Area Directors in West Michigan and then as Co-Regional Directors in the Red River Region. While based in Austin, they built high-caliber teams that doubled the size of that region, growing it into a vibrant, multiethnic community supported by 50 staff. Simultaneously, Jason spent ten years as the National South Asian American Coordinator. In this role, he launched a national South Asian ¹û¶³ÊÓÆµ ministry (SAIV), mentoring emerging South Asian leaders, and spearedheaded three transformative SAIV Leadership Institutes.

Jason and Andrea live in Madison, Wisconsin. Andrea serves as Vice President of ¹û¶³ÊÓÆµ's Central U.S. Division and is a breast cancer survivor. He enjoys strategy games, podcasts, sports, traveling, and being a dad to his three adult children, Alayna, Priya, and Josiah.
